Jisung, the youngest member of NCT, has freed from minor now become an adult this year. This is Jisung's first solo photo shoot, which shows a more mature side of him, unlike his boyish looks.
in the interview that followed with the photo shoot, Jisung talked about his future ambition as an adult "I've liked singing for a long time i i am working hard to show a good appearance, when i dance and sing" said Jisung, who is also focused on vocal practice these days.
"I think we can see unique innocence of the people with passion whatever the job they have, so I want to keep that innocence, I want to keep my passion even though now i become an adult"
"In the past, I wanted my 20 years old to be my turning point. Now I think about it, instead of a turning point, I hope i stay the same, fans say they are so sad that I became an adult. there are people who watched me from the beginning. Even for me, myself as 12 yo was cute"

Q: what do you do when you’re not asleep?

J: if i went back home earlier than the hyungs, i’ll listen to music and imagine of the stage. sometimes, i’ll eat snacks while thinking on the bed. i think of the future, what i’m lacking of, what can i do well if i were to do this kind of song... i have these kinds of thoughts. i quite like this profession.

Q: I heard that you grew up with Chenle and there are a lot of contents that you have done together. Were you guys are good friends from the beginning? Chenle's dog, Daegal, likes Jisung too?

J: I think the resemblance i have to Chenle is his greed for work. Chenle is greedy and wants to do well. Sometimes there is a time people become friends because they get along but we are the opposite. That's how it feels with Chenle. We got more closer by arguing. Daegal is really cute, but she likes everyone. That's why I'm actually a little disappointed.

Q: since you've decided to be friends with Chenle, so did you take one person off from hyung list?
J: That's right, there is one person besides Chenle. I become friends with Sungchan who is a new member. Now i get two friends. I like being friends but Sungchan or Chenle might regret it. I play around more with them since they are my friends.

Q: Dear Dream is a nice song too, you participated on writing lyrics right?
J: It may sound a little sad because it's a lyrical song. It is not an excited song. I think the lyrics are important, Looking at the lyrics I wrote, It reminds me of that time. That time I could meet fans, a good song like this, if you listened it on a big place it would be nicer... what a shame.

Q: until now, among all efforts you did to become a good artist, what do you want to compliment yourself the most?
J: For hasn't changed. I didn't change my mind from the beginning, and I tried my best with a good heart. Since Lee Sooman seonseaengnim gives a lot good words knowing that, I tried not to feel bad.

Q: What bad feeling is it?
J: It is laziness. I don't think we should be lazy. I get shocked when I am starting to get used to something. "this person is so good, how do they do this?". it is the same with singing and dancing, once i got to realize, I got to learn more.

Q: do you want to take that balloon with you when you go back?
J: it's okay (rejecting) i don't have any room to put it in the dorm, and i think i'll be very embarrassed (bringing it) in the elevator.
