Supporters aren't really necessary anymore after the latest updates that we added to how awards work on here, but anyone is allowed to vote for any badges as long as the voting period is still open.

When we had supporters required, they were just to show that more forum users wanted a badge to exist in the system and not just one person, but keepers pretty much do that exact thing already, so we removed supporters and only do keepers now!
