Can you sell an item back?
You cannot sell an item back if you bought it the normal way using ørbs. However if you won an item via an event, you can sell the item back to the team for half the ørb Value. This needs to be done within 48 hours of the announcement that you won the item. Any later than that and you will not be able to sell the item back. However some events may alter items to fit the event in this case there will be restrictions placed on the item and the value will also change. If this is the case you will be informed. All prizes won in past events including Carnival of Souls 2019 will not be eligible for selling back.

As the medal is not for sale on the orb store and is specific to the event (i.e. there is no variant of it on the orb store e.g. pendants, rings etc) it cannot be returned. Similar to the badges in camplus, these items are not for sale and therefore are not eligible for sell back.

what does this mean then "However if you won an item via an event, you can sell the item back to the team for half the ørb Value" I literally won this item in an event and I don't want it. It says I can sell it?? It's not a badge, it's an item and you placed no orb value restriction on it

It is governed by the altered items statement. But you are right it is not clear enough. 2020 orbs is of course too high of a proce and was set to not allow anyone to purchase it. I will speak to shop and update you on the new price and sell back value.
