I think there has been some misunderstandings here; first of all we don't reject badges just because; but because they don't fit some standard guidelines; those badges when resized down would look really messy because of the strong shadows and weird coloring + needed to be centered better (regarding the character) and the text wouldn't be readable at all (regarding the videogames ones)

You can view the feedback here; and you can see that we only rejected the ones that couldn't be saved because of the constant editing they would need (and even then they wouldn't pass). The videogame badges (Persona5) could pass if the text was removed and we said that in the post, but apparently the message wasn't told in this thread at all and it was told that "we just rejected"; when in fact we only gave tips to re-edit them so that they could pass.

I get your frustration about some of them not passing, but some others could have indeed passed with some fixing, instead the badges were just discarded by the OP and didn't try to edit them to remove the text, the coloring, the crops or directly didn't tell the message here. Please try to be a bit understanding with the team and not throw the whole "we are too strict or too annoying"; we just want the best badges for everyone.

I don't think there was a misunderstanding. I understand why they were rejected. It is a little frustrating, and you guys definitely are strict, but I understand why. I didn't really care about the series badges being rejected, as I myself kind of knew the text wouldn't work when resized, and they were basically the same as the ones without text, so I just discarded them...And only two of the Joker badges could've been saved, one of which you yourself said would be better off being discarded. As for the other one, I didn't make it myself, so I could fix it. Still, I'm sorry if you were upset about my comment, and I suppose I should've been more specific when I said they were rejected.

OP (Chiharu) should have mentioned that some of them could have been fixed, yes. That being said, no one specifically said anything about the Awards Team other than Chiharu. All other comments had been frustration/disappointment/etc. about not having all of the badges we wanted to vote on in general, so nothing should have been taken personally. And honestly? OP's comment isn't even that bad. The Awards Team's idea of the best badges is obviously subjective and not always going to align with some users, and Chiharu (and anyone else, for that matter) shouldn't have to worry about having some staff member come and have a "talking to" with her because she thinks the guidelines are strict. You're overstepping.
