Is the word mixtape instead of album used to avoid a sense of "official-ness" and therefore bypass the same scrutiny an "official" release would? For example: copyright infringement. Or is it just misappropriation of the word like how th word fucking is used as a superlative in translations? Like they are not aware that the word fucking also has a dennotation involving a sex act? Since they're such prudes and all.

Why do people think violence towards Asians is due to historical representations of Asians in Hollywood? It is not. People who say this are ignoring human nature. It is current increases in representation which is causing resentment. Seeing Asians as rich and successful causes envy.
