Don't be hard on yourself. A lot of times it feels natural to find the things we hate about ourselves because we are in the firsthand observers.
It's like getting a cut. It's natural to focus on a cut rather than the rest of our healthy body. The cut will heal, and it will ne a distant memory. It's important to accept that there are things that will trigger strong reactions to self-loathing but it makes life so much easier if you also let yourself revel in the good things about you. Even if there are had aspects, it's important to accept them and let yourself grow to overcome them.
We never stop growing up.
