I’m ready to dedicate myself, though! It’s time for #jackedllama! I’m starting with a few exercises to build stronger bonds in my trouble area (such as around my ankles,)

I sprinted down a shallow hill a few days ago and thought I wouldn’t be able to walk again lol. The
pain is very sharp,
