How do people work out before work EVERY DAY??? My legs are so sore I’m ready to take an Advil

Usually I work out right before dinner/bed

Even If I am a gym addict, I won't workout daily

I generally split my training routine into either a 5 days split, or 4 days split.


Generally this is my weekly routine:


Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - Lower Body
Wednesday - Upper Body
Thursday - Rest/ Light calisthenic work
Friday- Lower Body
Saturday - Upper Body
Sunday - Rest

Abs are done after every workouts.

I do dynamic and static stretching pre workout, and also some static stretching after workout. And I also like to do foam rolling after workout.


Taking pre-workout drink and Creatine help too. Creatine while helping you develop bigger muscles (It help to draw in water, thus making your muscle look fuller), also contribute to ATP production. ATP = Energy

I don’t really have any real social media accounts, only my kpop ones. I also don’t really socialize at work I just do my job and go home. One of my coworkers followed me on my kpop insta and I’m like

I don’t really post on Instagram, but I have the same Instagram handle as twitter and I really don’t want my coworkers to see my Stan twt account. (It’s PG for the most part, it’s just me crying over Taemin is me myself and my own business)
