I'm not a dietician, but I was screaming NO!!! internally when Yoshi and Haruto were stocking up on all that grape juice. Asahi sure gave himself a heaping serving...he even kept a bottle behind his chair (I covered it with the nutrition facts.) They're overburdening their Islets of Langerhans! They'll start seeing their A1C numbers start to climb around age 40 if they continue... The nutrition facts in the lower corner are for a can of Coke btw. Haruto was drinking Coke. A red cap was next to him.

I'm posting this right after admitting I have a weakness for moon cake on another thread...moon cake has a lot of sugar, but it doesn't give you hyperglycemia because of the fat content.
