Yes a show for idol groups. Before Idol League was splitted into 4 or 5 videos now it's only one video around 45-50 minutes.
They changed MCs, before Dara and Eunkwang it was Niel and Chanmi

It's a fun show and more contents

I will consider this the first "real content" on variety show. Even tho they have done some variety shows it's usually some unknown (well at least to me) show.
