Having two companies to manage them at the same time will result in conflicting schedules. Of course they will choose the one that makes the most for them all. Sadly it doesn't match WJSN comebacks.
cheng xiao has been filming dramas/variety programs in china
as much as i love ot13 and wish things were different, i don’t think we'll ever see an ot13 comeback again - the chinese members are doing way better in china than they ever did while in korea (especially mei qi and xuan yi, cheng xiao is popular enough in korea but those two just could not shine among so many members in wjsn which is not their fault at all)
yuehua seems to care more about their careers in china vs korea and nobody can blame them for that

there is a reason all chinese kpop star go to china instead of staying in korea. Dont think i ever saw a fully booked chinese kpop in k entertainment

i still believe they gonna back to wjsn but the circumstance will be different, like they will have 1 month group promo in korea then promoting in china for 2-3 months.

They are still in WJSN. Just that Xuan Yi and Mei Qi are promoting in Rocket Girls for now while Cheng Xiao have been filming dramas and variety shows in China.
Also Cheng Xiao did make a surprise guest appearance in WJSN concert earlier this year even though she is really busy
