Yes, you get all of them And you can claim up to 10 levels with your Star Powder. You just claimed 6, so you still have 4 more levels to claim that way.

Also, you reached level 10, so you have the picks from level 8 (a Valentine's award of your choice OR 2 orbs) and level 10 (a Valentine's guarantee) to make. The form for you to claim both of them is in the OP.
