And I won't even comment on this sad excuse of a composition,
nor the fact that it was probably made in Microsoft Word.

My theory is that they don't have an in-house graphic designer, but only hire someone occasionally, and then are probably too cheap to pay for full promotional material. That's the only explanation I have

I predict they’ll use a bright red or green Comic sans text on a blue background next time
