if it makes you feel any better, i sent in a screenshot from the anime and another fanart of him in his regular outfit instead but it just wasn't chosen
also, his appearance in this card is referencing official media used to promote one of the fate films, so it's... slightly canon? in way...

I saw the character on this card when I was scrolling and immediately jumped to "oh, Roll?!" (It was just the color scheme.)

Roll.exe is a character from Megaman:
