So as far as I know Yoonhye is active on YT and on VLive, Doi did a cover on YT and did a vlive not long ago, Via and Chaelin posted earlier this month.
Rayeon didn't resume her usual YT live after Starry Night, nothing from Doah since last month, Sika is usually not active on SNS, no Chiayi on YT neither.

I would not be surprised if some members went on that show and Doah already went on P48.

We'll see...

the reliable rumour source seems to be a chinese speaking person working in korea. he/she posts anonymously on chinese douban forum (popular forum). other "leaks": knows about the theme song, and trainees have been practicing theme song in hotel during their quarantine period. uniform colour is lavender/pastel purple. this is the source who leaked chebul jiwon, bora and may are in gp999.

is sika chinese national or japanese national?

From what I can learn about her, she was born and grew in China even if during her JYP trainee era she was in the Japan team, as she is half Chinese, half Japanese. So I tend to think she's more a Chinese national.
However Chiayi can also fit and she's younger. If Sika is going to participate to GP999 she will probably be one of the oldest contestants.

CLC's Yujin will also be on the show according to her family, so at least we'll have one 3rd gen idol.

For the Korean side, it's either Doah or Rayeon, or both of them. These two are unusually inactive on SNS

Hard to tell since she doesn't seems the type of person to post a lot on SNS usually
However her lack of SNS presence can be worrying and moreover she wasn't part of that free FC Live promotion
I remember Rayeon mentionning her during one of her last YT live 2-3 months ago and that's all
