i just noticed there was a thread for LiSA, nice!

i think she having being part of "Girls Dead Monster" is probably worthy of mention, while the band only lasted 1 year (since it was done as a tie-in for the "Angel Beats!" Anime) that was her debut before becoming a solo singer
