"I would suggest just a little little bit of zoom out so that his chin doesnt clash with the edges of the badge but thats just me being picky) Also it needs some recoloring because the shadows are kinda strong "

"I would suggest to push it down more for a better crop; and needs better recoloring: his face and the background blend too much, and it looks kinda bright (in the half of the face where it doesnt have shadows) also those shadows need correction too because they are kinda strong "
