the decline of ONE PIECE sales is normal, even if you combine the sales of all the other Manga in the top 5 ONE PIECE still have them outsold by several hundred million copies, basically at this point everyone in Japan already read or watched the series

SPY x FAMILY 27 million copies
My Hero Academia 65 million copies
= 227 million copies

not only ONE PIECE is the best selling manga ever but Oda is now the 9 best selling author in human history

iirc OP had few volumes published last year which contributed to the low placement. But last year the top 3 sales were unusually high so it wouldn't only have been fourth.this is the 2nd time in a row that JJK is the best selling manga in Japan

I was also a bit surprised to see SPYxFAMILY below Tokyo Revengers. Maybe I overrated the effect of the anime/SNS hype.
Oda has been sick for a few years so his release schedule is reduced, now he releases one volume less each year although they still have high individual sales, otherwise he would have been first this year
SPY X FAMILY only blow up this year on the other hand most of Tokyo Revengers sales are from the last two years, i think SXF can catch up eventually
