Justice has finally been served. Deserved this 5 years ago, but better late than never. 
No but seriously, very much deserved! Shop+ does a lot of behind the scenes work around the forum and I don't think it really gets appreciated enough. And you were also a major help during Awards Season (as always) after we found ourselves ghosted yet again.
