This professor is going to piss me all the way off. Takes 20 years to respond, we don't actually meet for class so wtf. She forgot to put the timer on our quiz so I went a few minutes over...if I lose points for this i'm gonna lose my mind. and she's that damn head of the whole stem department She is at the top of the food chain

My work environment is not the best at all..I’m getting burnt out and I severely underestimated how much I’d have to talk to people and handle student behaviors on my own. I hate it here so bad and I might honestly quit education too. It’s all too much and everyday I’m exhausted every single day and I HATE. But I’d feel bad for quitting since my team is already losing 1 person

I have one student who just drains me and I know he needs help but I’m clearly not the person for that. He needs a literal therapist and a smaller classroom setting because it’s too much! And then the other staff members too UGH

parent getting mad at me for not sending her those resources the day of, like girl it’s gonna take a minute….and it’s outside of my contract hours anyways. So don’t get snappy with me! be grateful I even offered, now you get nothing

Wish parents could see how hectic my day is ngl. Like sorry your son’s folder wasn’t updated it’s just me in here having to juggle 19 other kids….pls give give me a break or I’ll cry fr Plus your kid comes in late as hell anyways…which is where most of our problems start actually! I’m teaching and he’s coming in with breakfast ALRIGHT

But tbh I also cant multi task to save my life soooo perhaps it falls back on me

i really miss my cat so much. she was such a positive presence for my emotional stability and mental health. ever since i lost her late 2023 ive been having a much harder time regulating my emotions. i got angry & upset much easier. easier and it'd last much longer too. id get sad easier and it'd be more intense than when i still have her. but with my cat, it seems like she can tell whenever im down so she used to always lay down nearby me whenever im down. and id feel more relaxed bcs of her. and now i lost that. for all the 10 years i had her i improved a lot in controlling my emotions. and now idk i just feel like im regressing
