If you don't mind disclosing, what is your blood type?
I actually don't know mine
I've donated blood/plasma frequently and always ask the staff, but no one seems to be able to provide me that information. I've also looked at online receipts from my visits, and the column was left blank (type: ___). Or with my most recent visit to a healthcare provider, it's listed as "you have no data to display."
How did/do you find out your blood type?

Apparently you're supposed to ask when your blood is being drawn but I've never gotten mine either and they stabbed me like 5 times

Not a clue and I had two serious hospitalizations(one with surgery) in 2021. And a traumatic injury hospitalization at 13. No one ever told me. No information in my medical records.

I think O positive? (I feel like someone would tell me if I was O negative by now?)
My dad and I have the same blood type so I’ve always known/remembered.
We use to do a test in science class to find out our blood type but they had to stop since one family sued the school. (The kid was told by their mother that they were the same blood type as their dad but when the kid did the blood type test in class they were not that blood type )

O+
As someone who was frequently IV dripped while I was in the military, the medic always have a hard time finding my veins too if they are inexperienced. For the more experienced, they will massage my wrist to make the veins more obvious.

B+, which according to the Japanese Blood Type theory makes me the worst person ever
And I found out after donating blood! The service I went thru gave it to me without a request or anything.

The more interesting aspect of blood is the blood type that you can be given:
O- can only be given O- 7% of the population so not a great type.
O+ can be given O- and O+ 45%, pretty good.
B- can be given B- and O- 9%, cross your fingers.
B+ can be given B+, B-, O+, and O- 59%, you get to live.
A- can be given A- and O- 13%, iffy.
A+ can be given A+, A-, O+, and O- 83%, easy street.
AB- can be given AB-, A-, B-, and O- 16%, try to stay safe.
AB+ can be given AB+, AB-, A+, A-, B+, B-, O+, and O- 100%, you might live forever!
