Why people didn't like Buenos Aires?

I am a casual fan of IZ*ONE, (I stan Minju and Yujin though) I am not really a fan of their b-sides but their title tracks had always been amazing, It looks like Buenos Aires isn't up to most people's tastes but I think it's really good, actually their Japanese discography is the best among 3rd generation girl groups.
