Pretty sure he's been asked several times and he always says he's straight. Not like he'd realistically claim otherwise but he also doesn't really give vague non-answers either.

fwiw, i have heard stuff about him and xiao zhan pretty much being an open secret even among locals in china. funnily enough just yesterday i stumbled upon a video of a male chinese standup comedian mentioning them both as examples of handsome gays (unlike himself) lol

some of yibo's interview responses, to me, also heavily hint at zero romantic interest in women. he's generally quite anti-fanservice though

DAMN, interesting. I never heard about it being an open secret. Even if they were together at that point, I wonder if they are now even now?
I still see edits of them going around but they haven't spoken or interacted in public for about 3 years now.

yeah everything i see about their current relationship status is essentially hearsay, often poorly translated at that. i did accidentally meet a fan of theirs in china last year though, and she said there's a lot that they try to keep within their circles, which i can honestly believe. and the way they haven't interacted publicly even a little bit throughout this time, even in a couple of situations where it would've made sense (e.g. sitting only a few seats apart at an award show) is extreeemely weird.

Try to keep within their circles hmm. I mean China is the gayest homophobic country, also not to mention how crazy their fans acted back then that it almost got them cancelled and they were losing brand deals too. Must've been a scary experience.

Personally I think ning ning is kindaa fruity (with the tshirts she wears and a vibe i get off her) but the others not really.

I feel... Conflicted. Lol.
The aesthetics are there. Parts of the song are great.
It's just not pulling me in and I don't know why.
The servers are serving. The rap was a miss.
And the "silly, silly" sections were not it.
Maybe it's the lack of budget (probably this).
Like if you gave the song and concept to a more established group (a.c.e or way or zb1 unit would do it justice), I'd probably eat it up.
