sad, but definitely not surprised i think most of us saw this coming tbh.
all i can hope is that the rest of the girls get out of ts too, that ts doesn't hold them in legal battles, and that they get to pursue their careers however they wish

i'm not gonna get my hopes up but i lowkey wish they'd find a company to redebut them together like how highlight did. but they might not all want to continue being idols

1. Members were paid as a team, but there was no appropriate evidence of how the payment was calculated, except for typed reciepts
2. Early this year, Sumin/Nahyun decided to be paid as individuals as it will provide clearer/detailed evidences
3. TS refused to give full detail, and the very partial reciepts they provided, again, had not enough evidences
4. They sent a legal documentation asking for the evidence, containing a statement that they will still be Sonamoo once everything is checked
5. TS ignored the statement, prevented other 5 to contact Sumin/Nahyun, and talked bad about them
6. They still waited, believing that TS will send the document needed. They decided to explain others when the conflict ends so that they can contact again
7. They wanted to participate the Makestar project for the long-waited fans, but was ignored
8. The TS statement telling they refused to communicate with the agency is a lie: they has been in contact with the managers and ceo untill the very before day of suing
9. The Sonamoo's situation is not far different from Sleepy's. The electricity/water was disconnected, and they were kicked out

I knew it, 2 of their cases I believe somewhat similar to Sleepy's case. The fact is already lying flat in front of TS, but they choose to continue denying & repeating continuing their lawsuit fight (from BAP-> Jieun->hyosung->Sleepy-> Nahyun & Sumin; i'm listing this is their lawsuit reason somewhat similar since 2014/15 starting from BAP). About their future, as mentioned by one of the user here, letting the other 5 members continue to promote, I think is BS.Have meeting with the 5 members' parents? I think this is a lie, if not I really don't know what their parents thinking. That company is already destroying your daughters' dream. Correct me if I'm wrong, they didnt even have a single KR concert among those gg who debuted same time as them, right? Those statements by TS, is just media play to me. Let see whether they really going to make the girls comeback as 5. I think their money already gone for repeated appeals lawsuit.

Spoiler: My opinions (somewhat you may think the negativity)

Now, can Sleepy take them or rather can he organised the people suing TS. I mean all of the lawsuit somewhat similar is always about their salaries/payments issue. I think even BAP also did before they went back (techically almost all BAP fans at that time strongly believe, TS tried to agree on something with them that is why they went back because after all they are the breadwinner at that time). Also I will like to apologize first. Sonamoo shouldn't have debut at the time when BAP & TS dispute issue. If they debuted after, they will be treated differently. Sorry, I really can't denied that fact.

Also Seriously, TS just ignored whatever their artists mentioned, even how Sleepy literally dissed them on his recent release. Anyway sorry for the long post
