Notice for Termination of always-on-to-join subscription service (currently LOVELYZ+) in LOVELYZ FANSHIP channel



This is a notice for fans who use the LOVELYZ FANSHIP channel.

In the LOVELYZ FANSHIP channel,

the existing LOVELYZ+ (always-on-to-join subscription) service will end on November 4, 2020 (KST). Fans using this service,

please check the following.





■ Date of end of LOVELYZ+ subscription service: November 4, 2020 (Wed) 3:00 PM (KST)

- If the membership period of the subscription (product) remains after the LOVELYZ+ channel service ends, it will be refunded.

- The LOVELYZ+ content in the LOVELYZ FANSHIP channel cannot be viewed after the service ends.



■ Date of end of LOVELYZ+ subscription product: September 29, 2020 (Tue) 3:00 PM (KST)

- The ‘30 days subscription’, ‘30 days subscription +Lighstick,’ ‘Monthly subscription’,

and ‘Monthly subscription +Lighstick’ products

that are currently on sale cannot be purchased after the end of the sale date.

- If you have purchased and used a ‘Monthly subscription' product from the ‘VLIVE’ app, automatic subscription renewal will be canceled immediately after the end of product sale to avoid unnecessary additional payments.

- To avoid unnecessary additional payments due to automatic subscription renewal after the end of the LOVELYZ+ subscription service, automatic subscription renewal will be canceled immediately after the end of the product sale date (September 29, 2020 (Tue) 3:00 PM).

※ Even if the automatic subscription renewal is canceled, the service can be used according to the remaining membership period for each user until the service ends (November 4, 2020 (Wed) 3:00 PM).

- You can cancel your monthly subscription through App Market at any time before the end of the product sale.

1) If the start/renewal date of monthly sign up is the 10th of each month

2) If you purchased 30 days subscription on 2020/9/15

Q. I'm a 30 days subscription user. I want to get a partial refund now, not after the end of the LOVELYZ+ subscription service.

A. FANSHIP products are limited-period subscription products that are used immediately after purchase and cannot be refunded in mid-term. (* Matters regarding withdrawal and refund)

If the period of use of the product remains after the end of the LOVELYZ+ channel service, it will be refunded for the prorated amount according to the number of remaining days after the termination.

Q. Why are subscription products canceled in advance?

A. Cancellation of a subscription product does not mean that the use of the product will be canceled immediately, but the next automatic renewal and payment will stop. Subscription products are operated by each app market (Google/Apple) and mid-term refunds are not available. Therefore, failure to cancel in advance may result in unnecessary financial loss due to payment until the period after the end of service. Please understand that this is a measure to prevent this in advance.
