it looks like it’s from movie 21 so it makes sense fgahjkl;l i mostly read the manga and watch movies now. anime has too many filler eps.My impact!jk but wait,that must be some very recent episodes cuz where i left off the anime quality was still so bad

Dr. Elise is ok so far, the art style kind of stinks at times and the main character comes off a bit mary sue-ish, but i'll keep watching it.
I also started watching too perfect saint and I already can't wait for the next episode. I love shows where someone who's been through a hard time finally finds happiness and the bad people get Karma. I want Philia to find happiness and for the old prince/kingdom to suffer. I also love that her sister isn't a villain and doesn't stand on BS.

finished watching kono oto tomare! it’s very easy watch
i am glad it’s not as serious/competitive as chihayafuru, i like the fluffy vibe. it fits my mood currently so I was able to binge it really fast

Wow, both seasons??
Yeah, it's a fun and easy watch. Not as heavy as chihayafuru when it comes to romance
Both the female and male MCs are cute and the music was enjoyable as well

I've been on a binge of old 80s & 90s anime that I never got the chance to watch/finish when I was a kid. Eva: Done, DBZ: halfway through, HxH: Almost finished, etc. I finally picked up Slam Dunk after putting it off for the longest time. I wasn't sure I'd like the animation quality bc I like movement in my sports anime, something that the first episode of the series didn't have much of. I'm up to season three now, and I'm really liking it! The characters and team dynamics are fun, and I'm liking the storyline so far.
Though making one of the darker-skinned guys have a nickname like gorilla certainly was a weird choice,and I'm heavily side-eyeing the creator for that

I have now seen the movie and I give it a 4 or 5/10. It was kind of disappointing?Guess who's seeing the project sekai movie tonight???
Full review under spoiler:
- The movie wasn't bad but it wasn't good either???
- If it makes sense I feel like there wasn't much substance to it? You sort of knew what was going to happen from the start so it's not like there was any dramatic stuff in it or not.
- I 100% fell asleep during one of the earlier song montages I'm also not the only person in the theater who fell asleep at one point though because while I was walking out of the theater the people walking behind me were like
Person A: You fell asleep during the movie for a bit, didn't you?
Person B: Yep. It was hard to know what was going on and it got boring after awhile.
- You 100% also should not watch this movie without watching the anime episodes on youtube first, or at the bare minimum play the game and read the main stories. I saw people on SNS say to watch the youtube stuff first (and I knew the main story) so I was fine, but if you have no knowledge of the franchise before watching this movie and walk in blind you will have no idea WTF is going on or who everyone even is. They don't even formally introduce the group names or the character names throughout the stories (Not even a "Hi Rui!" or "Hey Saki!") you just need to already who know is who and the fact that everyone is in a music group.
- I would also like to say that it also felt kind of repetitive. The main issue of the movie was that Miku wanted to sing to people but people wouldn't listen to her but we didn't need a whole hour of the movie replaying the same people dismissing Miku over and over again. I would have rather gotten less of that and more of the groups trying to make music and such.
- One part of the movie I did find funny though was this one part where a darkness void invades all the sekai's to steal their mikus. In all of the sekai's everyone runs away and tries to form a barricade and such from the evil void but in N25's sekai, because everyone is very lack of emotions and
there, everyone just stood still and didn't fight and their miku just up and let the darkness sweep her away while everyone else just stood there and did nothing with no emotional reaction and I thought it was funny.
- Overall, I think the story had a good idea but the story writing and how it played out could have been 10x better.
- I also want to shout out that if you get motion sickness easily to maybe take a car medicine before the movie. The CGI parts gave me motion sickness and I am now trying to nurse a migraine

Checked out a whole bunch of this season's new anime today: MHA: Vigilantes, To Be Hero X & Lazarus. 
Lazarus was a must-watch bc it's the newest work of the Cowboy Bebop/Champloo director. It was a great start with cool character designs (Doug was my favorite), tons of great shots and sequences, but the English dub was throwing me off. It just sounded so robotic. Which is a shame considering that both Samurai Champloo & Cowboy Bebop have such fantastic English voice acting (esp. Cowboy Bebop). I still haven't had the chance to check out his previous series, Carole & Tuesday. So I guess I'll be jumping into that next.
I only caught one episode of To Be Hero X so far, but I'm hype. I saw one of its prequel series, 'To Be Heroine' and remember liking it so I was looking forward to this one too. The animation is top notch and reminds me of Archane, while the world-building related to what the heroes of this universe are very interesting: Heroes draw their power from public trust, while villains from public fear. Plus, that cliffhanger on ep 1 was brutal.

In the manga/book i've always interpreted him more like a cute-leaning character and I feel like he's sort of portrayed a bit younger as well. (He's I think Jinshi's age aka 1 year older than maomao? aka 19-ish)
They changed his glasses and his voice was not what I was expecting at all either. It looks like for the anime they're spinning him more of as "sly/cunning" then "cute little brat" like the manga which I found endearing
