1. She didn't like the contract terms.
2. She was expecting more from the company, like being well promoted and more recognized.
3. She was dating her boss but this could affect her career if people find out, so she decided to leave.
4. Everyone knows that the Musical industry is full of people there because of favors, she faced one of these cases and she didn't hadle it well (?)
