Only my personal take

But I think this win reassured them as a group and as performers. In the first episode they were talking how they couldn't be more successful, with no memorable hit despite having a lot of songs, because most people won't know that they sang "As You Wish".

It's been 6 years so all of them might have many thoughts about themselves, about their idol career. Moreover they came after Sistar, queens of summer, and after them it's IVE who basically succeeded way beyond expectations in less than 6 months.

So this win is a blessing, also Exy showed how great she is as a leader. It's not easy to work with so many members since a very young age.

About other members :

Seola will be forever someone awkward, shy, I find this so funny (maybe not for her), it's part of her charm. I do wish she could one day be able to do the first step. And she did it at the end of the final but Yves didn't saw it haha. I'm sure she got some numbers.
Yeonjung and Soobin are obviously the power vocalists, they are needed for high notes. Too bad Dawon couldn't participate, but health is more important.
Eunseo carried the entertaining part of the show with SinB, the members said themselves she's vital for the group (when she got COVID).
Yeoreum got to shine in one round with that dance break part, she wasn't used to get in the light because there's so many members and she's on the quiet side.
Same for Luda, mostly quiet and doing her job "in the shadow". Also both Yeoreum and Luda are smol and cute, so they get fans and some attentions.
Dayoung is usually talkative, funny and loud, during Q2 I had the impression she was relatively more quiet. Of course I can't remember everything about everyone but I didn't notice her much.
Bona only joined later but it seems it worked well since they were almost performing in full group. Also she's rising slowly as an actress so it might attract some people.
