It's a new chapter for the group. Not the end of course as they will still continue as 8.

For Dawon it wasn't much a surprise. She had many hiatus, got the least activities. I wish her the best. Maybe she'll get into those fitness career, as a trainer, as a model, getting into competitions and more.

On the other hand not many expected Luda to not renew. But same here, I wish her the best whatever she'll do.

As for the C-Line, they finally got an official announcement but we knew they were gone since 2018 at least. Cheng Xiao seems to be the one having the "best" career, at her modest level. Meiqi at first was also doing well but I heard she got into some controversies, since then her career was impacted. As for Xuan Yi, she has her stuffs but not as "famous" as Cheng Xiao. But I don't really follow them, I mostly see CX only.

I'll be curious now about the next comeback, or any promotion. Maybe we'll get more solo activities : Dayoung and Soobin on variety shows, Bona as an actress, Yeonjung doing her musical roles, EXY as a songwriter and composer.
I think they'll do okay and even better if the fandom follow.

In a hindsight staying at Starship seems a good idea. The company is known, it has connexions, has famous artists, actors and celebrities, has an acting and variety branches. It's not sure they'll be able to find a better company.
Dawon and Luda probably wanted to do something else, or to leave this career behind them, we'll see in the future anyway.

Well I have mixed feelings lol. I will miss Ludawon a lot but it's different than CHinity I feel like they will still be involved with wjsn and the members. But yeah I wanted all 10 to renew because I didnt want to lose any of them. I did think Dawon had a high chance to leave and I know lots of Yeonjung fans and Ujungs were really uncertain about Yeonjung. But really no one saw Luda leaving as something that would happen because she is leader of Chocome etc. She is also on that survival show and might debut in it for 1 year lol.

I think tbh this is good for Dawon, starship never treat her right and she had anxiety which was why she wasn't on Queendom. She also didn't have anything to do after Last Sequence ended and there never ended up being an actual Meboz unit debut after 2 years and they didn't allow her and Yeonjung to promote Stronger which was really lame!

Anyways I wish the best for both of them if they end up being able to to promote with WJSN or not they will always be WJSN forever

Hopefully the remaining members will be treated better and given more opportunities in their solo careers because I feel like having 2 comebacks a year for a 7+ year gg is really unlikely considering we're in 4.5 gen or whatever lol Also Chocome messed up if Luda cant join and no offense but I don't want Yeonjung joining Chocome lmao I want Yeonjung solo

Heightwise I think Bona is the best fit for Chocome but temperament-wise I'd like to see Eunseo in that subunit.

Yeah it's sad I did want all 10 to resign but tbh 8 is great and a good number for them to focus on members. But yeah I will miss both a lot but still hard to get over Luda leaving lol

Tbh I think they should drop the subunits since there's only 8 now and Bona is always doing dramas in her free time.

Heightwise I think Bona is the best fit for Chocome but temperament-wise I'd like to see Eunseo in that subunit.

Also, the reason Soobin never missed a performance in 7 years is that there are actually two of her. So you could just have both Soobins in Chocome.
