Fans are saying its a lie and convinced this guy did wrong but well... they said they confirmed it ... nothing inappropriate happened. Why would they lie?

I don't want to say it's true, but Jessica was gropped by an old senior in national television?, everyone knew after watching the video and SNSD's reactions but SM denied it and the videos were erased.
In this case, he is an official photografer of DAZED....IF he did it, he won't admit it anyway + the evidence must be on his cellphone but who is gonna check this?
There won't be any investigation, he only said he didn't do it and since there aren't clearer evidences...this will be forget.

I really hope this is a just a mistake because the girls barely start their careers and i want them to be safe and happy.

Because he's a famous photographer for one of the most popular fashion magazines in Korea, if they tried to go after him he could just delete the photos before police could search his phone so they'd have no evidence and could even be sued back or boycotted from working with Dazed in the future which would leave SM with less money. It's all a cost/benefit analysis at the end of the day, they don't care about their artists beyond that. I mean SM never even sued SBS even after what happened to Wendy...does that mean they did nothing wrong? ofc not

Yeah.. I remember the Jessica situation. That was kinda similar but from the reactions on their faces it kind of added more to something inappropriate might have happened. With the Winter thing there was no reaction (since she didn't see anything) and we really don't know since all we can do is make judgement from a 2-dimensional screen from our computers.

And true.. like you said... unless we check his phone etc. there's no way that anyone can prove otherwise. And there would have to be a good source of reason to do that. Like you just can't check someone's phone. So unless there is a different camera angle shot.. or Winter or some staff member says something... have to give it the benefit of the doubt

oh... i didn't know he was famous. actually I don't think that would stop sm. IMO it would seem like photographers, choreographers etc. are expendable. Like they can just fire and hire a new person. Unless that particular person has "higher-up" connections like their daddy is some big typhoon CEO or government leader Even if not tho... that person could probably try to slander SM and say.. "well they accused me of doing this but had no proof... etc" So in that case... if SM didn't have any solid evidence he did otherwise... they have to give him the benefit of the doubt that nothing inappropriate happened.

Also with the Wendy situation... well.. anything that has to do with lawsuits is a private matter. We don't know if something was handle or not. Just because it's not broadcasted to the public doesn't necessarily mean nothing was done. And the media that does announce to the public I can tell you it wasn't from the agencies doing. It's not like they hold press conferences to announce who they are taking lawsuits against. It's usually leaked information and the media reports it. Who and what they report is up to them.

They are a true band from RBW Ent. I think they debuted a while ago (2015?) they were the same band who made the other Black Mamba rock version.

I'm by no means an expert since they're men but they've been around long enough that some (or most?) were sent on Produce season 2. They had another name back then like MAS I think and then they rebranded to ONEWE so they'd have the idol brother group ONEUS.

I think this is the most cohesive 'plot' for the BM video that I've seen, although I miss the days of more straight forward plot videos in kpop but theories = engagement so...
