If SM was smart they'd leave the boy group till 2nd half or at least till after our girls. Considering girl groups sometimes tend to take longer than boy groups to gain momentum I think it'd be smart for the girls to debut like January-March and that can give them time to have a comeback or two later in the year.

I'm making a prayer circle for Koeun to get in. I'm going to be seriously devastated if she's not in the group. Still can't believe they've confirmed a debut. I thought we'd have to wait till next year to hear confirmation. But maybe this could mean they're going to try to do some predebut promotions later this year so they're announcing the confirmation early.

If I were to hazard a guess I'd think Koeun is 100% a lock for the new group. She's this group's version of Seulgi, Suho, and Johnny (aka a long trainee period under her belt). She's trained for nearly 10 years and SM is going to want her experience in the group.

If I remember well they didn't say anything, it was just speculations from analysis. While they tend to be true most of the time, nothing is confirmed

Am I the only one who is OBSESSED with the instrumental from 0:12 to 0:27 in Shining Star? It gives me major Anime opening vibes. I really want the group to have music with that kind of sound

They probably will post something, I remember there were photos and info about RV members when the debut was close, even from Joy who was a hidden trainee, I guess we’ll see some info some and probably photos of the girls going to SM artists concerts

I believe that Seulgi and Irene got to do a dance video together before Red Velvet debuted. So I'm working that's the case with some of the girls. Giving some promotion and then debuting after. It would be cool.

Do you know if Happiness had a bside? I really hope they will get 1 or 2 bsides because for a company like SM, just a title track would be very disappointing

I don't think so if not it will not called as digital single . it should be called digital album/EP,I guess?

I just saw this so "Aparently naver confirmed SM will not debut a girl group next year nor a boy group, but a coed group" tbh When i saw the news i kind of thought of this BUT, that would be weird, and besides i rather not believe naver because we know they had been trying to hide some news with fake rumors, Also because i'm not too sure on how knetz/fans would react to a mixed group tbh

It was in an article but apparently a lot of articles don't say the same thing so I don't know. I personally don't believe they will debut a op-ed group, unless they ditched half of the girls. Also SM isn't known to be interested in co-ed groups (unlike the concept of nct that was in their mind since suju debuted) and co-ed groups aren't popular AT ALL so if SM does that then they really lost their mind

That was my reaction too but then i remembered that we saw the girls going to practice(?) with the boys? but i highly doubt it tbh, i mean, people have problems with nct imagine with a co-ed group... unless it's just a project group like SM THE BALLAD or something
