That's so interesting that Jimin has been around for 2 years and we're only just finding out about her this year, was there ever any info dug up about Hyunseon, Minjeong, or Chaehyun?

Not that we know of but the BBC girl could be one of them? This is assuming of course that they've stayed in SM, but I don't see why they wouldn't considering they're all young and the only trainees that have left as of recent have been 97 liners, unless of course, they're not what they want for the group or they're not ready to debut yet, they left on their own terms etc.

There's a company presentation happening later this month (14/11) and they'll likely go through plans they have scheduled for the end of this year heading into 2020, so fingers crossed we hear some official news about the new girl group

Apparently the BBC girl is, in fact, one of the trainees that were seen at the Coex Artium a few months ago. The safest bet would be that she's the girl with the flannel. A dead giveaway is her 5 head (I can say that as someone with a 5 head ) So we've cracked that the girl with the long black hair is most likely Jimin, the flannel girl is likely the BBC girl, now there's just 2 more to identify which is going to practically impossible since they were facing backwards in the photos lol

I don't even know who is sm trainee for NGG anymore. And now... sometimes I don't wanna know. Cuz a few of my favs I think left already like YiYang so... I don't wanna be disappointed. Since the rumor of them debuting next year is more than likely. Im getting interested and curious again. Aside from the ones they teased in sm rookies I really don't know who is rumored or their names to be in the group.

I think it does. Her forehead and the bridge into her nose is the same, plus they were spotted a month before the documentary was recorded and her hair is pretty much the same except maybe darker

I'm confident that SM will say at least something about the girlgroup at the company presentation. If SM is really going for a 8-10 members group then I hope they won't introduce any new trainee in smrookies, except for Jimin and maybe BBC girl. I want to be surprised, and I think it's safe to say that SM won't give them any big activity which would require the whole group to be introduced (like a reality show for example, even though NCT had NCT Life in Bangkok without Renjun and Chenle) since they've never really promoted them so I don't see why they would do it right before their debut.

I also think it is a good thing to keep half of the group hidden because they will benefit from the popularity of smrookies but also the freshness of new members, since their image won't be overused.

I'm expecting Koeun to be the oldest and of course leader (wish we had a 98 liner but it most likely won't happen) and the maknae to be younger than Lami. Probably a 2004, maybe even a 2005 liner. It would be hard to find 9 members all born between 1999 and 2003 if SM wants them to be oldest/maknae... especially since Lami was born in march

Okay so if we're talking about rumours from smpi20, I took screenshots of a bunch of their tweets so I can list a few things they mentioned (included deleted tweets). Bear in mind, this could just be speculation from this user but it sure is interesting to consider. This is everything from yesterday until they started talking about boys:

• I knew she wasn't a trainee.
  • (Probably about Jungyeon but maybe Hyunbin?)
• Thank you for practicing with girls.
• 04 child
• I know another Japanese trainee, but I don't know if she's going to debut.
• Yizhuo looks small.
• Lami gets much better. She is getting better.
• There is another dancer.
• She is a girl from Coex Atrium.
  • (We think this was about the girl in the documentary?)
• I don't know what will happen in March, but it's not yet debut.
• The lineup is so good.

So my thoughts on some of this? Some of this has some truth behind it or incredibly good guessing. There's one of these that I found something a while back that might suggest the tweet was right, but it could also just be a very lucky guess. The tweet with the surnames (and Ning's first name?) is a bit of an alarm bell though. Why would someone who tweets exclusively in Korean and seems to be an insider mess up Koeun's surname so badly?
