umm.. I don't agree with this. stylist job to protect artists from perverts? nope.
if there is someone who is trying to film upskirts that's on them.
stop pointing blame on company and staff for the inappropriate behavior of these fans.
the hypocrisy as well. these fans are probably the same ones who go gaga gay whenever these girls do something sexy or dress sexy.
also haven't seen the video but there's many fans filming from the ground and pointing their cameras upward to film idols. And some of those idols just happen to wear skirts. They might not be intentionally trying to film up their skirts unless they really pointing and obviously focusing on it. There are times when I was in that position and I thought.. hey.. this kinda seems weird. so I lowered my phone. But.. not everyone might do the same
OK.. here's the video. idk. hard to say? as they say in court.. "circumstantial evidence"?
Are we seeing something only what we want to see?
She smiling and they say after she pulls down her skirt she got mad?
maybe?
we don't even see any camera person?
I think the ranting from that tweet was a reach. I do think stylists can do better for certain outfits -they are too tight, too short- because one thing are red carpets and another one are performances when you move A LOT. BUT there is nothing we can do about perverts and that's not stylist's fault (a pervert will treat you like a piece of meat whatever you wear).
I think MYs, especially Karina's fans are upset because all the outfits's accidents she had and they are trying to find a culprit, like it's unpurpose or something, which is not.
Stylists try to highlight certain parts of the girls' bodies or give certain kind of illusion because even if we hate it, korean care to much about body proportions. Example: short pants, skirts, or dresses + high heels=legs look longer.
The girls don't complain because:
1) performing no matter the conditions is their job.
2) outcome aside, their staff work hard
3) the "body proportion" is a cultural thing so they care about that too (example: Karina's comment about her "short" arms).

exactly! Lol. Like before that video went viral I saw comments "omg.. her proportions are crazy!" "I'm gay!" "Sexy body!"
Then all of sudden its blaming stylists etc. Like.. you didn't have a issue before?
And I get tired of all the "she's look uncomfortable" (not only aespa) comments. Like how do they know they are uncomfortable? Did the idol tell you that?
kpop fans need to stop thinking their own demands = what the idol feels. Perfect example is Giselle when they always blame stylist for "same boring hairstyle and hair color." When giselle has said herself more than once she prefers her hair straight and black. Like if giselle has never complained or mentioned it then keep your mouth and mind your own business .
i do agree with you karina has had past issues on wardrobe. like the needles/pins thing. In that case yes.. it should be addressed as that could harm her. But this upskirt thing was a reach with no real evidence. Just speculation.I couldn't find one video from a angle where a person was intentionally pointing up that direction.
the irony
