I agree but at the same time I think there are already networks of communication between female celebs about this as the Korean entertainment industry is still very small all things considered. I remember a Hello Venus member saying that Fantagio gives all it's female artists a list of male celebrities to avoid and different women can add to without having to worry about defamation and stuff, chances are whatever this guy's been doing has been a open secret for a while. It's more about informing the general public at this point as well as the rookies who have no seniors in the industry to guide them.
