Can someone give me a bit of clarity on the new topic spam rule?
So is it like if i post “clc are having a comeback soon” but after i post i change the title to “Red Velvet’s day3 album has been announced” ?
If there’s anything else that rule includes could someone explain that as well.
I don’t wanna make a mistake and post teasers or smth and end up missing a tweet so I edit it in and then my thread locked jdjjdhdbd

Let me take an example to illustrate it:
It's new release time (x:00) and you post Twice's new MV.
Another user posted it before you, so your thread is AP. Thus, you have to wait for the usual 10 minutes before creating a new thread.
It is forbidden to turn your Twice MV's thread into a Red Velvet's MV thread, which is what was happening sometimes.

This was decided because it was a loophole to our "spam" rule, and it was unfair for other users who take part in news/releases' posting as well.
It is sometimes impossible for us to see who succeeded first between the user who posted and the user who edited.

If you're editing for a simple addition to your OP, or to improve its title, then it's perfectly fine. We'll be able to make the difference.
