Hey there! Of course they can vote! They are counted as regular votes indeed applying the rules that OP set; so if an OP said that keepers votes count double and that OP is a keeper of a badge then their vote is doubled for that badge; yeah just like a normal voting!

GuestHi! only if they have the post count for it - they can't promise to be a keeper if it makes too many badges for them.

You can add as many keepers as you want! On the contrary it makes 1 more person who can come to the Approval thread and confirm they'll keep the badge. It is also something you need to take into consideration if you're giving double votes to keepers of a badge!

Just to clarify something - 3-person OTP badges are not allowed, right? This is what it says in the guidelines:
I know it gets messier with any more than 3, but I was confused because the guidelines say no more than 2, but I've already seen some groups like TWICE planning for trio OTP badges.

Dumb question but if I were to make a voting thread for a group that doesn't really have much fans on here and the thread flops (not enough keepers for certain members) what would you recommend me do? Proceed with badge suggestions for the members that have enough keepers?

GuestBoth having suggestions and voting but waiting until you get enough keepers to get your final badges approved AND waiting for more keepers to appear to start suggestions and voting are within the rules.
However tbh, I'd advise you to wait until more "fans" appear to proceed with the suggestion period. The risk is that instead of fans, people who have no real interest in the group will vote and you'll end up having bad badges. Which might, consequently, make "real" fans unhappy when they finally join.

I wanted to make voting threads for 2 Chinese Actors and I was wondering if I could just combine the threads into 1 thread, they're not very popular internationally and I think 1 Thread would be easier, they have nothing in common except that they did a variety show together a few years back but I really don't think they need individual threads
