Hi, you can host a badge thread for a new badge whenever you want! Award season is basically only for updating current badges

Game screenshots would be accepted, yes! Our biggest thing with character badges is just to avoid fanart (drawings, edits, etc) as a respect thing for the artist. Things like screenshots, official game art, etc are all allowed.

The Leon voting thread is in the final voting stage since we only had five mock badges submitted. I and another person haven't voted yet. If it turns out that all four of us (since there's only four people participating) voted for four different badges, what should I do? Should I redo the voting and have them this time vote for two badges instead of one?​

You can just have Mina or myself vote and break the tie if it's needed at the end! Since you'll likely still end up with ties with other methods with such a small group of voters.

I was curious of whether or not I could buy out my unique? For example, I could pay the 35 orbs and just have my unique moved from staff's section or would I just do the form with the same image?

Hi, yeah we can absolutely move it for you! I think it’s better if you buy the unique through Shop+ here, I’ll move it for you and rename once I see you purchased it. You don’t need to send the form this time if you just want the same badge

I have a question:

I'm going to be hosting a new badge thread for Stray Kids because all of their old badges got purged and we have enough interest for new badges. The only badges that remained after the purge are the group badge and the 3Racha badge.

Since I am hosting a whole new badge thread for them are we allowed to create new badges for the group and the sub unit? Or would we be stuck with the old designs?

the ones currently in the system will have to stay until the next awards season happens, just to keep it fair with everybody else! if they don't have an alternative group badge yet though, you'd be allowed to have one added now in the meanwhile with new material
