Is there a glitch or something happening because I had one days ago when I originally replied to you. I even asked in the Ask an Award Team member thread about needing to buy a second one and I bought one immediately, it's only been a few days since that happened so I don't know why it would have disappeared already.

The first one was my fault, but I really don't know what happened with the 2nd one

I'll buy another one if need be, thank you for letting me know, BTW and sorry for all of the miscommunication on my part.
