In the next post is the list of themes that were submitted. Feel free to participate in this phase even if you did not previously submit a theme.

P.S. I also submitted my own theme for fun While you can still win coins and orbs for it, it'll be excluded from the grand prize to maintain fairness.

Phase 2 Deadline: Thursday, 2 PM EST.

Just some quick reminders/pointers:

• Goes without saying, please do not reveal which theme is yours.
• One submission per theme only.
• You do not have to submit everything all at once.
• You may participate in as many themes as you wish, except for your own.
• There is no minimum on the # of themes you must participate in, but obviously the more categories you partake the higher your chances are of winning the main prize.
• You MAY NOT submit the same song(s) as the ones listed in the examples for the corresponding themes (the artists in the examples are acceptable).

Theme 1: B-side track released from 2018 to 2020

Theme 2: Cover songs from films or TV series that are better than the original or really elevate the scene
Elaboration/Example:

Theme 3: Cyberpunk
Elaboration/Example:




Theme 4: Drama OST sung by idols
Elaboration/Example: Cannot have featured artists by non-idols.

Theme 5: Dedication Type of Song
Elaboration/Example: A song that is dedicated to a certain person (be it a romantic partner or platonic loved one) in positive ways. The lyrics must obviously show appreciation to the other person.




Theme 6: Disney movie songs

Theme 7: Heartbreak
Elaboration/Example: Songs about having your heart broken. Breakup, betrayal, death etc.




Theme 8: Kpop girl group debut song
Elaboration/Example: The group must be still active.

Theme 9: Kpop groups official first comeback
Elaboration/Example: Their first new release after debut, e.g. gfriend - me gustas tu.

Theme 10: NCT

Theme 11: Movie OST
Elaboration/Example: Original Soundtrack/Official Soundtrack.




Theme 12: Songs produced by Sweetune

Theme 13: Songs that give off Villain Energy
Elaboration/Example: Villain by K/DA.

Theme 14: Songs that spell out their name/title.
Elaboration/Example: The spelling out can be in any part of the song, just once or several times, but the spelled out word must be the name/title of the song.




Theme 15: Space club
Elaboration/Example: Song that would be played in the intergalactic club in the year 2200.




Theme 16: Survival Shows
Elaboration/Example: This should be an ORIGINAL song created for a survival show (can be Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc.).




Theme 17: Video Game Songs
Elaboration/Example: Any song from a video game.

Theme 18: Western Hits from the 2000s
Elaboration/Example: Any hit songs from 2000-2009.
