Change of rules everyone

i didn't think the point system well and what i had in mind originally would have flopped with everyone only having 0 to 2 points only sjdfhsd
So, i'll make the game team based. There will be 2 teams, everything else will be the same, each round RNG will pick a psychiatrist from each team and everyone will act as a patient.
The psychiatrist who guesses the symptom first will get a point for their team
