My brain is fried but what if the house disagreed with the leader about a decision but the leader and the other co-leader agreed that this decision will positively impact the team, how would you handle this?

My brain is fried but what if the house disagreed with the leader about a decision but the leader and the other co-leader agreed that this decision will positively impact the team, how would you handle this?

I would hear out the complaints of our members because their opinion is just as important as the leaders. After hearing what they had to say, I would try to reach an agreement/mid-ground between the two. But this also depends on what the decision is on, if it's something that falls directly under the leader then they would have to choose.

Why should you be chosen ? : I want to be the house leader since I am very active on H+ so I'll be able to play in most games, also I am pretty good at stragey games and have been leaders of things like guilds/clans/factions in many games so I have an idea of how to do things. I have a lot of time and I'll be on H+ more then 12 hours a day, so I'll always be on ready to help in events : )

I don't want to be THE leader since I'm cumulating many H+ duties on the side, but since I haven't been missing any game hosted by events, I think it shows I can still be available enough for Vice Leader.
