My brain is fried but what if the house disagreed with the leader about a decision but the leader and the other co-leader agreed that this decision will positively impact the team, how would you handle this?
I would take time to calmly discuss the pros and cons with them (the amount of time depending on the importance of the decision). It's important for leaders to have feedback from their members to see if there's anything to change/adapt, and make your members understand why you are making the decision. But in the end if they are sure that it's the best, most fair and most logical decision... leaders and co-leaders were elected to take charge and act for the benefit of their team, so once everything has ben discussed, they should go ahead.
