Oh, I don't know! I was just making a joke about some of the otome games I play which are also, like, "choose your own adventure dating sim" type games. lol

Done! Looking yourself over in the mirror, you nod in satisfaction. Ai has only ever seen you in your work uniform, and you're not quite sure what style they're into, but you think you look great, so hopefully they feel the same way. With a happy smile, you head out the door and make your way to the coffee shop. When you arrive, you see that Ai is already waiting there for you. When they spot you, a big smile appears on their face, and they wave enthusiastically at you.

If you chose something sexy

The smile on Ai’s face suddenly dropped as they took notice of your outfit, eyes scanning over your body. You suddenly feel self-conscious and awkwardly tug down on your revealing clothing, exposed skin suddenly feeling cold despite the warm weather. Maybe you should have brought a jacket. Coughing awkwardly, you ask Ai if they dislike your outfit.
Shaking their head, they say, “err, I don’t DISLIKE it, it’s just a bit…well…um, never mind! It’s great, I love it.” Despite their denial, the small frown on their face says otherwise. Perhaps your outfit was a bit too much for a first date.

Reaching down and interlocking your hands, Ai begins to lead you to the location of your date. For a few minutes, the two of you walk in complete silence. Beginning to feel anxious, you decide to make conversation.

You smile and wave back at them, but as you take in their appearance, you can’t help but feel a little awkward. They are dressed in a pair of leggings and boots, along with a plain shirt and oversized cardigan. Compared to them, you are obviously overdressed, and Ai must think so too, because when you stop right in front of them, they blink slowly at your attire, eyes scanning over your body. But despite clearly thinking as much, they don’t comment on it. Instead, they Reach down and interlock your hands, leading you to the location of your date. For a few minutes, the two of you walk in complete silence. Beginning to feel anxious, you decide to make conversation.

If you chose something cute
You smile and wave back at them in return. As you stop right in front of them, you can see a slight shine in their eyes as they take in your appearance. “I like your outfit, you look cute.”
But still…despite their words, as you observe their outfit, consisting of a pair of leggings, boots, plain shirt, and cardigan, you feel like your own outfit looks slightly odd, as if a unicorn had puked on you.
Shaking your head, you tell yourself that it’s fine, that’s just the nerves speaking. Unconsciously, you reach down and grasp Ai’s hand. Once you realize what you did, you flush, and attempt to pull away. However, Ai, while initially surprised, smiles happily at you and tightens their own hand around yours, leading you to the location of your date. For the next few minutes, the two of you walk in a comfortable silence, but you decide now would be a good time to make small talk and try to learn more about Ai.

If you chose something casual

Returning their smile, you scan their appearance and are surprised to see the two of you are dressed quite similarly! The main difference between your outfits being that you are wearing shorts while they are in leggings, and they are in a cardigan while you have opted to leave your arms uncovered. Ai must have noticed the similarities as well, because their smile breaks out into a full-on grin, and as soon as you reach them, they grab your hand and happily compare your outfits. As they do, you let out a breath you didn't even know you were holding. The date seems to be off to a good start! Ai leads you to the location of your date, and for the next few minutes, the two of you walk in a comfortable silence. However, you decide now would be a good time to make small talk and try to learn more about Ai.
