That sounds so yum especially the cranberry-orange one! What recipe do you use for that?
I've recently been getting into baking and trying to bake something new every week; this week I think I'm going to do lemon drizzle cake

i did a few changes though, so let me tell you them just in case you want to act on these changes as well:
first of all, i had to use a 8x4 pan instead of a 9x5 pan - it worked fine though and the loaf didn't do anything like spill out over the edges or something
recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of orange zest, but i used 1 & 1/2 tablespoons
my sour cream was incredibly stubborn and would not come up to room temperature, so i used it while it was still mostly cold - the bread still turned out pretty good though, not sure what difference it being room temperature would have made
i used dried cranberries (oceanspray's craisins to be specific) instead of fresh/frozen cranberries. they were still on the moist side and soft-chewy after it had baked so this worked out well imo
the recipe doesn't call for vanilla extract which i thought was really strange, so i added 1/2 teaspoon of it anyway. next time, i might even make it a full teaspoon tbh
it says to bake it somewhere between 55-65 minutes, but mine was already done at roughly 45 minutes, so beware
