Yeah i was reading about it earlier, they'll likely go public now. Turning down 12 billion is bold. Apparently, despite having well over 100 million users, the company isn't actually very profitable, it's running costs are enormous. Joining MS would of been brilliant for them financially for sure, but i think they valued their independence over anything else. Cord would of changed pretty drastically under Microsoft in the long run.
