Do you have any experience with moderating and why should we pick you as a Junior Moderator?

Yes I'm a moderator in 2 discords and a owner of 2 other discord as well. And I am a moderator on another online forum as well.
And the reason why I think you should choose me as a Junior moderator is beaI believe that I have the skill of being level headed which is the most important part of being a moderator because as such you need to a level head to see all sides of the situation at hand. As to
Why do I think I will be a good fit for this position? As a Assistant to the HR in my real life job and the fact that I have about a year experience moderating I've seen and been in multiple situations that actually has been a learning curve as a moderater that will make me valuable to this team.

About me
I'm 22 I'm from Philly I've previously been on a Online events team before but I got terminated unfortunately. I feel like I am best at being a team players and learning all of the interworking as a online team member if consider for this job I will do my beat to commit to at least 5 hours a day.
