I mean...if I could fix the colouring and the crop from the beginning I would have done it already...

I got over 100 badges that need fixing on my voting thread, personally I'm dealing with it by sitting down and crying
if it's the crop you can try cropping the badge closer to the member's face (awards team seems to like very close up badges barely showing the idol's neck or not showing it at all...). If it's coloring you you can try fixing them with selective color/color balance on PS or equivalent options in the image editor you use bc those let you fix colors more precisely
