You dislike certain members for no apparent reason and/or because according to you, they don't bring anything new to the group. Is that correct?

that's not criticizing SM or additions to the group, that's disliking members. you cannot in good conscience thought that'd go over well with stans? imagine going into bts thread and saying you dislike jhope, there'd be a bloodbath. we're really trying to understand you here but you're not making it easy

Also, kpop is not just about music, kpop is a business at the end of the day. When the company decided to add a certain member to the group, they must have had a good reason. Maybe that member is not skilled in dancing or singing but they bring something to the group, be it variety skills, or slightly better group dynamics.
We are free to dislike it, but that won't change a thing. We should rather focus on the good stuff.

btw @Icy would you support them if yuta left?

i just find it interesting that you don't care for 6 out of 9 members, that's insane to me

if yuta left and the other 8 remained i would solo stan yuta to wherever he went and keep 127 as my favorite group still, i wouldn't stop being interested in their activies as 127.
We all stan for different reasons and for me i don't have to like every member, i don't see why anyone needs to be offended by my feelings for any member, i will probably never like every single member in a group and i think that's fine, i don't understand why it is a bloodbath. When i buy their albums and watch their content and stream their songs i am still supporting the group and the members that i don't like as much as the others, i don't see why you are making it a bigger deal than it is. I don't think i am hating on a member saying i dislike him, i just don't, if emma doesn't feel like she lucas it's the same thing for me with certain members. And obviously i didn't stop supporting them even if i hoped the lineup had been a bit different, it's not up to me anyway i just posted on random thoughts because those were thoughts and feelings that i had.
I signed up to support their group activies not to love every member that is just how i feel.

Also i only "care" about yuta, liking a member doesnt mean i "care".
