it's not a bad idea, personally i prefer to try and stick to recent pics when possible even though there's no rule set by the AT about it, since like you said, they can look really different sometimes compared to their current look especially the further back you go
maybe somebody else can try it out though~

I have a suggestion that it might be better to have separate suggestion period.

For example, we can focus on doing group badge suggestion first.

Followed by 3 members each batch. So that the schedule will be less packed and things will be more organised.

Just my opinion.

it's not a bad idea, personally i prefer to try and stick to recent pics when possible even though there's no rule set by the AT about it, since like you said, they can look really different sometimes compared to their current look especially the further back you go

hmm yeah i was thinking maybe we should do that but some people may have some suggestions for other members and not the ones we're currently doing maybe splitting into half like 4 members + group badge for like 4 days, then the other 5 members for 4 days, you think something like that would work or just doing it as u said, group, 3 members, 3 members, and then the last 3 members (and maybe 3 days for each ?)

I am thinking of doing it this way:

-Hold Group suggestion for a few days-Prem Grp badge voting for 3 days-Final group badge voting for 4 days

Follow by

-Badge suggestion for the oldest 3 fromis members-Prem badge voting 3 days-Final voting for 4 days

Follow by the next 3 oldest

Then

Follow by the last 3.

We can wildcard round voting if needed after that.

Peoples are probably not suggesting for other members because it look messy with different members suggestion being thrown everywhere.

Having them grouped into different category make it easier for you to host too.

Also for title-> Add In Group badge suggestion phrase to make it clearer.

Remember we don't have to rush to create the badge. What is more important is the end product.
