I am thinking of doing it this way:

-Hold Group suggestion for a few days-Prem Grp badge voting for 3 days-Final group badge voting for 4 days

Follow by

-Badge suggestion for the oldest 3 fromis members-Prem badge voting 3 days-Final voting for 4 days

Follow by the next 3 oldest

Then

Follow by the last 3.

We can wildcard round voting if needed after that.

Peoples are probably not suggesting for other members because it look messy with different members suggestion being thrown everywhere.

Having them grouped into different category make it easier for you to host too.

Also for title-> Add In Group badge suggestion phrase to make it clearer.

Remember we don't have to rush to create the badge. What is more important is the end product.

Looking at the schedule, I saw that voting only happen one time for each badge.
There should be a preliminary voting for each badge where the top 5 or top 3 badge make it to the final round of voting unless there is a lack of suggestion which result in preliminary round not needed. Give Preliminary voting and final round 2-3 days to vote.

In my opinon, there isn't a need to announce the other badges schedule till the final voting for group badge is sort out. This is because if preliminary round is not needed, it mean that the badge schedule for suggestion..etc will be changed.
